Southmont Community Center

Providence Partners and Architecture Unlimited collaborated with Davidson County stakeholders to develop a master plan for a multifunctional sports complex. This ambitious project features multipurpose fields, baseball and softball diamonds, an aquatic center complete with a water park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and 4 basketball courts. Catering to diverse community needs, the complex also includes playgrounds, restroom and concession facilities, across-country course, two disc golf courses, scenic walking trails, and an RV park with 90 spaces. The facility will support local school athletic programs and other local sporting events and encourage community engagement.
